I. Presentation - #1
In this activity, you are to create a PowerPoint presentation of one
consistent topic that includes the following attributes...
-
At least 4 slides
-
Colored/shaded background
-
Text "boxes" .. at least 2 per slide
-
Line/Shape Graphics (can
be used to accentuate, focus, border, delimit, etc.)
-
Clip-Art or Photos ..
at least 1 per slide
Of course, each component should be tastefully and creatively applied to
achieve a high-quality, professional presentation.
The presentation should include the following Effects...
-
Slide transitions
for each slide - appropriate for the content
-
Animations for sequencing
the entrance and appearance of text and clip art - appropriate for realistic
presentation.
Again, the effects must also be tastefully and creatively applied to achieve
a high-quality, professional presentation.
II. Web Conversion
Take a PowerPoint presentation (use the Presentation
#1 above or #2 below or another as directed by your instructor) and
convert it to a web page format. Upload the web page version of the
presentation to an Internet site of your choosing (unless alternative site
provided by instructor). Submit URL to your instructor.
III. Presentation - #2
In this activity, you are to create a PowerPoint presentation of one
consistent topic that includes the following attributes...
-
Include All Attributes
listed for Presentation #1 above - but should
include at least 7 slides.
-
Except background
should include fill-color using gradient
blending of two colors or shades.
-
Clip Art should include at least one case
of a movie or animation.
-
Include at least 2 hyper-links to existing
Internet sites related to the presentation topic.
-
Include at least one case of a spreadsheet
graphic chart -or- a personal bit-mapped drawing created by you.
-
Include at least 1 hyper-link to an external
Microsoft Office "data" file (Word, Excel, Access) created by you to further
support the topic presented.

Ask Instructor:
include in the presentation material or imagery (related to topic) that
is scanned into the computer from a paper source.
Of course, each component should be tastefully and creatively applied to
achieve a high-quality, professional presentation.
The presentation should include the following Effects...

Again, the effects must also be tastefully and creatively applied to achieve
a high-quality, professional presentation.
